Dear Business Partner,

we would like to inform you that we will be simplifying and updating our price structure for 2025.

We will do the following:

• Eliminate the following surcharges and fees:
• Packaging and Handling Fees
• Material Surcharge (has been 2.5% since April 2024)
• Increase prices due to general inflation and the impact on the following inputs:
• Raw materials (e.g., Copper, Steel, and Aluminum)
• Labor
• Energy

Please understand that we will therefore be increasing our prices by 4.5% beginning on
June 1st, 2025 to compensate for the above mentioned changes.

We will only quote special charges – for example, export crating – for a single project or for special circumstances in the future.

This will give you more transparency with our quotes and order acknowledgements, and we believe that our prices remain competitive in the market. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we look forward to continuing our good cooperation with you.
